Terms & Conditions

1. Referrals MUST be new customers to Mercia Securities. If the person recommended is already registered as a client or has been previously referred to Mercia Securities this incentive will not apply.
2. The referral fee will be payable to referrer within 30 days of referred company settling their first invoice with Mercia Securities.
3. All referral fees are issued by business cheque or BACS transfer.
4. This program cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
5. This incentive applies to the initial contract undertaken by the referred client only and does not apply to any future projects undertaken by Mercia Securities for the referred client. A single, one-time payment of 10% of the initial contract value per recommended company will be paid to the referring party.
6. No cash alternative will be offered for the incentive, and the incentive will not be transferable. All incentives must be accepted as offered.
7. Referrers will be responsible for any dealings with the Inland Revenue regarding their referral fees / payments and tax due, if any.

9. Mercia Securities reserves the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions of this program (including the incentive), or withdraw it at any time without notice. In the case of dispute, the decision by Mercia Securities is in all cases final.
